13^th Annual Meeting of the East Asian Society of Endourology (EASE) is calling for the submission of abstracts for posters. Prospective authors wishing to present papers are invited to submit the title of the paper, the name(s) of the author(s), the name(s) of the author(s), contact information with an abstract.
All abstracts should be written in English, be concise and clearly state results, objectives or key components of the paper. They should not exceed 300 words.

Submission Deadline: September 30^th, 2016 October 15^th, 2016
Notification of Acceptance: by October 10^th, 2016

Please download "Abstract Submission Form", which can be used as a template of your abstract.
Submit via e-mail with your abstract attached to EASE2016 Secretariat (ease2016@atalacia.com).

Notifications of acceptance will be sent via e-mail to the presenting author.
The accepted abstracts will be printed in program/abstract book and distributed to all participants onsite.
Poster Session will be non-moderated.

Official Language

The official language of the conference is English. All papers should be submitted and presented in English.
