2. How to submit an abstract
- All abstract submissions must be made electronically through Online Abstract Submission System, UMIN（University Hospital Medical Information Network）.
*Abstracts submitted by post or e-mail cannot be handled.
*This abstract submission system works only with the following browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. Please do not use other browsers for abstract submission. - Abstract text should be structured as follows: Background/Aim of Study - Materials & Methods - Results - Conclusions
- Abstract title should be within 20 words, and abstract text should be within 300 words.
- Please retain your abstract number and password (you set your own password between 6 and 8 characters long). For security reasons, the secretariat will not be able to respond to inquiries concerning abstract numbers and passwords.

4. Notice
- It is not permitted to present the same abstract at a scientific meeting as the one already published in scientific journals.
- Authors are eligible to submit more than one abstract in different themes.
- Multiple abstract submissions in different themes from the same group are welcome.
- Please include the latest research result.
- The following abstracts will not be accepted: aim of study is not clear, irrelevant replication research, containing significant errors, gap between experiment and conclusion, and lack in moral consideration, etc.
Acceptance Notice
- The program committee is responsible for reviewing all abstracts and deciding presentation style and time. If you have not received an e-mail notification, please contact the meeting secretariat.
- Notification regarding acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitting authors’e-mail address by the end of July, 2019.
- Please make your registration until 17th September after notification of acceptance.
Online Abstract Submission
Encryption is recommended as it provides a safer communication. Sending data by plaintext may result in eavesdropping or falsification. Use plaintext only when restrictions or problems occur in your facility or provider.

2. 演題登録方法
演題登録はUMIN（大学病院医療情報ネットワーク）の演題登録システムを使用いたします。
※本システムは【Firefox】【Google Chrome】【Internet Explorer】【Microsoft Edge】【Safari】で動作確認を行っております。それ以外のブラウザはご利用にならないようお願いいたします。
なお、演題登録の際は注意事項のご確認をお願い致します。
※郵送、ワードデータによる演題受付は致しませんのでご注意ください。

演題名は日本語60文字以内、抄録本文は日本語700文字以内となります。
演題登録時、半角英数文字6～8字で登録者任意の"パスワード"をお決めください。 このパスワードは登録後も締切時まで変更が可能です。 なお、セキュリティの観点からパスワードのお問合せには応じられませんので必ずお控えください。
※英文サマリー（100語以内）は英語版抄録集に掲載予定です。ご登録の折には是非併せて作成ください。
※同一の発表者が、別のテーマでの発表にもご登録いただくことは可能です。
