Excursion with Dinner (Option)
In the afternoon of July 27, we are planning a half day tour visiting Kyoto, formerly the imperial capital of Japan for more than one thousand years ago. The tour will take you to the Kinkaku-ji Temple (the golden pavilion), Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and Fushimi Inari-jinja Shrine which are one of the most famous and fabulous cultural treasures in Japan. After the sightseeing you will enjoy a dinner at restaurant in a Japanese sake brewery. There is a limit of number for the participants, and we hope you to apply to the tour in advance of the conference.

How to apply for tour
Please apply for the excursion together when you submit your registration on-line on registration page. If you apply for it after you had completed your registration, please contact to our official agent, Seven Tours by e-mail icdea2016@seventours.net with your registration number, which was provided with the confirmation e-mail after you finished your registration, and the number of participants. A confirmation and a payment instruction will be sent to you by Seven Tours soon.
Method of payment
Payment should be made in Japanese Yen by credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners club are accepted.
Cancelation policy and Refund policy
If you would like to cancel your application for excursion please contact to Seven Tours by e-mail icdea2016@seventours.net.
The deposits will be refund after deducting the following cancelation charges and credit card commissions.
